What is Amtek Customer Connection?
Customer connection is a centralized separate website we created as a service for our customers. With the customer connection you can track the status of your order in realtime as it progresses through the production process. You can get quotes for any of our products, including fractional prices from custom sized signs that normally would require a phone call. You can build quotes easily and request reviews. You can submit orders through our order entry form and not have to worry about if we received it. Upload artwork directly through customer connection with your custom quote or order.
Do I have to use all of the features in the customer connection?
No, if you just want to check the status of orders or only utilize the quote feature then that is fine. Using customer connection is totally optional.
How do I join?
You need to be a member of a dealer network such as PPAI, SAGE, or ASI in order to join if you are not a previous customer. All new accounts are reviewed and approved within one business day (usually faster). After your account is approved you can begin using the portal immediately.

I have a rush order I need on x day, can I use customer connection?
Yes, BUT we require you call to verify we can actually meet your production deadline as our production lead times vary.
View and Place Orders
View all of your open and previous orders in realtime. As we progress through the production process of your order you can check the status of each item. Get instant notification when your order ships. Build and place your order using our easy to use online form. We get the exact information we need from you immediately which saves time!
When placing an order you can choose to have your customer notified when the order ships along with receiving the tracking number. The email does not reference Amtek Signs in anyway and will appear as if it was from your company.
We understand the need for custom sized signs and have added the ability to quote standard and custom sized signs through the portal. Any product in our catalog can be quoted and saved. Quantity price breaks, options, and charges are calculated automatically taking the guesswork out of figuring a price. If you have a question or issue with your quote you can use the request review feature to get a reply as soon as possible. We can also add shipping estimates to quotes if requested.
We also have a built in file uploader in customer connection that supports file progress display and multifile uploading up to 100mb each. Link your artwork directly to your quote or order for a no hassle experience.
